I suffer bone spurs on my achilles tendon on both feet and the elevated heel of this shoe is perfect--really comfortable. Since I am heavy I also look for a lot of cushioning under my feet and these provide it. This is actually the second pair I have bought in the last month; they come in several colors. I hope Crocs keep making them next year as well. I found them true to size and would recommend them.
